【摘要】 Objective To maintain the motor function and improve the prognosis of the patients, thisresearch is to evaluate the accuracy between the presurgical resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-f MRI) and to discuss the range of implementation based on ICA by contrasting electric cortical stimulations. Methods Twenty-three patients with the lesion in motor area, which are recorded by XX Hospital from Jan, 2014 to Dec, 2015, were collected as the study sample. To evaluate the accuracy of ICA by comparing the coincidence rate of both two techniques, based on the standardized electrical cortical stimulation in operation. Results The completely concordant ratio between rs-f MRI with the ICA and electrical cortical stimulation in operation result was 78.6%. Conclusions Rs-f MRI with the ICA has a relatively high accuracy rate in localizing motor area based on rs-f MRI with ICA, whereas the accuracy may decrease in severe mass effect of the tumor.
