高频重复经颅磁刺激在治疗混合性焦虑和抑郁障碍患者中的临床应用价值研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨高频重复经颅磁刺激辅助治疗混合性焦虑和抑郁障碍患者的有效性和安全性,评价其临床应用价值。方法:选择近三年我院收治的混合性焦虑和抑郁障碍患者117例进行研究并按数字表法随机分为两组,试验组60例和对照组57例。试验组在给予抗抑郁药物治疗的基础上,采用高频(10Hz)重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)技术辅助治疗;而对照组则采用参数相同的假rTMS进行刺激治疗。两组均于治疗前及治疗后l、2、4、6周末使用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和抑郁量表(HAMD)评定患者焦虑抑郁情绪的缓解情况,比较两种方法的治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果:①HAMA和HAMD评分显示,对照组在2周末与入组时比较差异有显著性,而试验组则在1周末即显示出明显疗效,两组间的评分及减分率均在治疗的1、2、4、6周末显示出显著性的差异(P<0.05);②试验组的临床治疗总用效率高达96.67%,明显高于对照组的84.21%,其差异有显著性(P<0.05);③试验组的不良反应发生率为11.67%,而对照组则为26.32%,数据分析发现其也具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高频重复经颅磁刺激辅助治疗能有效改善混合性焦虑和抑郁障碍患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,其效果显著,安全性高,值得在临床上推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectiver Explore the efficacy and safety of high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for the treatment of mixed anxiety and depressive disorder.Evaluated its clinical value.Methods:Selected 117 cases of anxiety and depression patients in our hospital at last three years and then randomly divided into two groups press on the numeric table method.There were60 cases in the test group and 57 cases in the control group.On the basis of the antidepressant therapy,the test group used the high frequency(10Hz) repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) technology for treatment;while the control group used the same parameters fake rTMS for treatment.Both groups were used the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Depression Scale(HAMD) to assess the remission of maternal depression before and after treatment for 1、 2、 4、 6 weekend.Compared the total efficiency rate and adverse reactions rate of two methods.Results:① The HAMA and HAMD score showed that the control group had a significant difference after treatment for 2 weekend.And the test group showed significant efficacy after treatment for 1 weekend.The scores and the reduced rate between the two groups of 1、 2、 4、 6 weekend all showed a significant difference(P<0.05);② The total efficiency rate of the test group was up to 96.67%,significantly higher than 84.21%of the control group which difference was significant(P<0.05);③ The occurrence of adverse reactions in the test group was 11.67%,while the control group was 26.32%which difference was also significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation adjuvant therapy can effectively improve the emotions of mixed anxiety and depressive disorder.It is remarkable and safe which is worthy of use in clinical practice.更多还原
