不同生态环境烟叶生产全程机械化农机配置研究

【摘要】 本文以贵州省毕节市一个规划面积1133hm~2的烟叶生产基地单元(黔西县林泉基地单元)为依据,根据不同生态环境的特点,考虑"坝区"和"山区"在配置量中所占的各自比例,按照拖拉机及其配套机具、多功能微型机具、单功能机具三类分别设计了相应的配置模型,根据该模型可以计算出基地单元配置农机的种类和数量。用所建模型除了对林泉基地单元所需农机进行了配置,还用于毕节市织金金龙基地单元、金沙禹谟基地单元、威宁秀水基地单元等烟叶生产基地单元的农机配置,取得了较好的效果。

【Abstract】 Consideringthe proportion of "dam area" and "mountain area" of Linquan base unit in Qianxi County in Bijie, Guizhou Province, where the planning area is 1133hm~2, a farmmachinery allocation model were designed for the base unit to configure three types of agriculturalmachineries which are tractors and its ancillary equipments, multifunctional miniature machines, and single‐function machines. The types and quantity of agricultural machineries can be calculated based on the model for applying in the base unit.The model also were used to allocate farm machineries for Jinlong base units in Zhijin, Yumo base unit in Jinsha, Xiushui base unit in Weining, and other tobacco base unit. Results show that it is effective for realizingtobacco whole‐process mechanized production.
