不同措施对烟-薯连作土壤生态的影响

【摘要】 为了探索烟—薯连作模式下烤烟连作障碍的消减技术措施,2012年在广西贺州市富川县烟区进行大田试验,研究不同措施对烟—薯连作模式下植烟土壤生态的影响。结果表明,各处理均能显著增加烟—薯连作模式下植烟土壤的微生物的种群多样性,提高根际土壤微生物活性和生物量碳氮,增加根际土壤养分含量。综合分析,以亩施500Kg微生物有机肥料和配施灭菌剂I改善烟—薯连作模式下植烟土壤生态的效果最为明显。
【Abstract】 In order to search the solution for tobacco-sweet potato-tobacco successive cropping in 2012 an experiment was conducted in tobacco-growing area of He Zhou fuchuan county in Guangxi and Study on the effect of different measures on the soil ecological under the Tobacco-sweet Potato Successive Cropping. The results indicate that, all treatments significantly increased soil microbial population tobacco-sweet potato-tobacco successive cropping, improve the rhizosphere soil microbial activity and biomass carbon and nitrogen, increasing the rhizospheric soil nutrient content.
