【摘要】 创造力是个体根据一定的目的,运用一切己知信息,产生出某种新颖、独特、有社会意义或个人价值的产品的智力品质。大多数关于创造力的研究常聚焦于创造力的积极方面,认为创造力在个体,组织和社会等层面具有较多益处。而鲜有研究将创造力与谎言等不道德行为联系起来。世间的善与恶往往不如我们想象的那样泾渭分明。同样,创造力也有黑暗的一面,也会产生不良的、消极的产品和结果。本文将从创造力与谎言行为的关系出发,初步探究创造力的"黑暗面"。本研究采用组合句子范式诱发暂时性的创造力,设置创造力诱发组与控制组,并以远距离联想测验(RAT)作为操作性检查。谎言行为的实验室操作采用视觉感知任务范式(Gino,Norton,&.Arely,2010),以模糊组中选择"右边多"的次数作为判断不诚实行为的标准。该任务为个体提供了主动说谎的机会,即告知被试不同的选择对应高低不等的报酬,实验结束时个体须根据自己的选择获取相应的报酬。结果表明:与控制组相比,成功诱发创造力的被试组报告模糊组中"右边多"的次数较少。研究发现,我国文化环境下,启动了短暂性创造性思维的个体说谎的可能性更小,这与国外研究结果相反。我们认为以下几点可能解释造成相反结果的原因,如中西方的文化差异,说谎范式的的跨文化一致性。另外,创造力人格特质与谎言行为的关系也有待进一步探讨和讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Creativity is a type of intelligent quality with which individual could produce a novel,special product that is potentially useful for the society or the individual.Most creativity researches always focus on the positive aspect of creativity that performs in the individual,organization and the society.However,little study explored the correlation between creativity and unethical behavior,such as,lie behavior.As we all know,there is no distinct boundary between goodness and wickedness.Creativity also has the dark side and also produces bad and negative product.Our study would primarily explore the dark side of the creativity and the relationship of creativity and lie.We designed two priming condition of creativity using scrambled sentence test:creative mindset vs.control.Next,the participant should complete the Remote Association Task(RAT) as manipulation check.Moreover,our study adopted visual perception task(developed by Gino,Norton,& Ariely,2010) in which we use these ambiguous trials to measure dishonesty.This task includes some rules through which every participant would earn different level of payoff.In other words,visual perception task could provide a chance to tell lies.Result indicated:Participants who were primed to think creatively were less likely to behave dishonestly than those in a control condition.We came to conclusion opposed to those results in western country.In my opinion,many reasons may contribute to the different results,for example,the cultural difference,applicability of visual perception task.In addition,we may continue to explore the correlation between creative personality and dishonesty.更多还原
