【摘要】 当前大学生的心理健康问题备受社会各界关注,高校的心理健康教育工作也得到了教育主管部门的高度重视,但受高校自身客观条件的限制,工作水平良莠不齐。大课程观是我国学者根据国际"课程与教学论"的理论结合中国实际提出的整合学科课程与活动课程、显在课程和隐蔽课程的系统工程。在大课程观的视角下,扩大心理健康教育课程的外延和内涵,构建涵盖隐性课程和显性课程的学科课程、活动课程、环境课程三部分组成的课程化体系,以学科课程为体系的基础,以活动课程为体系的中心,以环境课程为体系的辅助,三者相互联系相互支撑,组成了心理健康教育工作课程化体系的有机整体。学科课程以知识和技能传授为主,主要传递理论知识,包括心理健康教育的基础知识、自我意识和人格、心理调适等内容。课程化体系要求在高校现有开设的心理健康教育必修课或必选课的基础上,开设恋爱课、人际交往课、自信训练课、压力调节课、时间管理课、情绪控制课、生命教育课等能够解决大学生学习生活中实际问题的行为训练课程,从而提升教学内容的针对性,形成个性鲜明的课程体系。活动课程以心理体验、技能培养为主,主要通过各种主题活动为学生搭建实践的平台、展示的舞台,包括团体辅导、心理电影赏析、心理剧以及各类心理健康教育专题活动。把专题活动作为教学的一部分内容来组织实施,把原有的活动系列化、专业化、规范化,增强活动效果。环境课程通过有形或无形的物质、文化、制度等环境对学生进行潜移默化的心理健康教育,包括心理健康意识、心理健康宣传、组织制度等,通过校内宣传栏、广播站等,尤其是利用新兴网络媒体加强心理健康教育宣传,打造良好的网络心理健康教育环境。心理健康教育工作课程化有利于转变高校心理健康教育工作的理念,使高校由关注"心理问题"转向"心理发展",注重提升大学生心理素质,进大学生全面发展。工作课程化有利于师资队伍发展建设,提供更完善的制度保障。工作课程化有利于心理健康教育工作规范化发展,也更有利于心理健康教育课程自身的发展建设。心理健康教育工作课程化是当前高校心理健康教育工作的新方向,能够在工作制度、工作模式等方面为高校心理健康教育工作发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 College Students mental health problems have attracted many attentions of the society. Mental health education work has also been highly valued education authorities, but limits by objective conditions of Universities. The concept of the curriculum is a systematic project which is based on the theory of "curriculum and teaching theory" by the scholars in our country. In view of curriculum from the perspective, course curriculum、activity curriculum and environment curriculum support an organic whole mental health education curriculum of the system. Course curriculum includes basic knowledge of mental health education, self-awareness and personality, psychological adjustment and so on. Courses of system requirements required courses in basic education universities existing mental health or will open enrollment on offer lessons in love, interpersonal courses, assertiveness training courses, the pressure regulator class, time management classes, emotional control class, life education classes, etc. Students learn to solve practical problems of life in behavioral training courses in order to enhance the relevance of teaching content, form distinctive curriculum. Activity curriculum in psychological experience, skills development, mainly through a variety of themed events for the students to build a platform for practice, stage show, including group counseling, psychological film appreciation, psychological drama and a variety of mental health education in special events. The special events as part of teaching to organize the implementation of the original series of activities, specialization, standardization, and enhance campaign effectiveness. Environmental curriculum through tangible or intangible material, cultural, institutional environment for students and other subtle psychological health education, including mental health awareness, mental health promotion, organizational system and so on, through the school bulletin boards, radio stations, in particular the use of emerging network Media strengthen mental health education and promotion, to create a good network of mental health education environment.
