【摘要】 对松茸活性化妆品进行人体功效评价。以常用美白成分—抗坏血酸乙基醚作为阳性对照,选择30名25岁-45岁的女性,按要求在曲臂内侧使用化妆品8周后进行测试。结果表明在实验周期内,使用松茸活性化妆品的皮肤MI值、L*值和ITA°值与起始值相比较有显著性差异(p<0.05)。通过对反应皮肤颜色的MI值、L*值和ITA°值的参数进行量化统计分析,可直接考察松茸活性化妆品的美白功效,可作为天然来源美白成分的评价方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 An efficacy evaluation of Tricholoma matsutake Sing actives cosmetic was taken on human.In the control group,3-O-ethyl ascorbyl ether was used as positive control which is a common whitening ingredient.Select 26 female volunteers between 25 and 45 years,and use the cosmetics on the inner side of the crank arm for 8 weeks continuously.The results showed that in the experimental period,with active cosmetic skin matsutake.The MI,L*and ITA° of skin were significantly different(p<0.05)before and after.Statistics and analysis on the MI,L*and ITA° of skin can show the lightening effect of Matsutake cosmetics directly.The evaluation method can be used as a source of natural whitening ingredients更多还原
