皮肤保水能力的性别差异

【摘要】 目的:采用皮肤保水能力试验研究男性与女性皮肤角质层保水能力的差异。方法:恒温恒湿环境下,对男女各30名志愿者进行水分吸附-解吸附测试。补水作用时间为10s和60s。测试节点为Baseline、补水后即刻,30s、60s、90s和120s。采用T检验分析男女在不同补水作用时间后达到的即刻值、曲线下面积的差异。结果:男性在不同的补水作用时间后,即刻值之间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。补水作用时间为60s时,男女皮肤吸收水分后达到的即刻值之间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。在不同的补水作用时间下,男性皮肤保持水分的能力高于女性((P<0.1)。结论:男性女性在皮肤角质层保水能力上存在差异,男性皮肤吸湿性和保水能力均高于女性。

【Abstract】 Objective:Gender differences in stratum corneum water-holding capacity were measured with water sorption-desorption test.Methods:60volunteers(male=30,female=30) were tested the stratum corneum hydration of forearm using Corneometer CM825.The data was collected at baseline,immediately/30s/60s/90s/120 s after removing water.Using T test to analyze the immediate values and the area under the curve of men and women in different time(10s and 60s),and the correlation between them.Results:There was a significant difference(P<0.05) in the immediately value after different time of water supply in male.After 60 s water supply,there was a significant difference between male and female’s skin water absorption peak(P<0.05).The water-holding capacity of male is higher than that of female(P<0.1) after different time of water supply.Conclusion:There was a gender difference in stratum corneum water-holding capacity,and male’s hygrocopicity and water-holding capacity is higher than female’s.
