【摘要】 在我国大力发展机器人产业及"机械化换人"等科技强安行动的背景下,在分析机器人典型事故的基础上,研究了机器人事故的类型、特点,并指出预防机器人事故的机械安全及功能安全原则。分析了当前我国机器人安全标准的发展历程、现状及与国际标准的异同与差距,指出我国需要在机器人安全分析和风险评价、人机协同、标准建设方面进一步加强研究,为实现机器人时代的安全奠定坚实基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The types and characteristics of robot accident were studied based on analysis of typical cases of robot accidents against the back ground of developing robot industry and taking measures such as "worker substituted by machine" to strengthen industry safety of China.The mechanical and functional safety principles were indicated to prevent robot accidents.The developing process,current situation of robot safety standards were discussed and comparison of robot standards between china and ISO were made.It can be concluded that the study on robot safety analysis,risk assessment,man-machine coordination,standard construction should be improved in China to help realizing the safety of robot age.更多还原
