铝合金电磁脉冲铸造过程数值模拟研究

【摘要】 运用有限元数值模拟的方法计算不同脉冲电流下铝合金熔体铸造内部的磁感应强度、电磁力、电磁能分布情况,并分析研究频率、电流对熔体内部磁场分布的影响。结果表明:数值模拟结果与试验结果变化基本一致。轴向中部磁感应强度最大,越靠熔体上下两端磁感应强度逐渐减小。熔体径向磁感应强度分布呈心部小,边部大,呈轴对称分布。单位体积的磁能随频率降低而增大,频率为10Hz、电流为70A时,熔体的单位体积的电磁能分别为4087.23J/m~3;单位体积的电磁力随着脉冲电流增加而显著增大,频率为50Hz、电流为70A时,熔体的单位体积电磁力为1.33x10~5N/m~3。数值模拟结果初步分析了脉冲磁场在铝合金熔体中的分布情况,为电磁脉冲铝合金凝固机理研究奠定了理论基础。

【Abstract】 By using the finite element numerical simulation method to calculate aluminum alloys melt internal casting different pulsed current of distribution of magnetic induction intensity.magnetic force,magnetic energy.And analysis of the melt internal distribution of pulsed magnetic field effect by the frequency and current.The results show that the numerical simulation results are in agreement with the experimental results.The magnetic induction intensity is the largest in the melt of the central part.And The magnetic induction gradually decreases with the melt up and down.The melt of magnetic induction intensity of radial distribution that the center is small,and that the side part is large,is axially symmetrical.The magnetic energy of unit volume increase with the decrease of frequency.When the frequency is 10 Hz and the current is 70 A,the melt of unit volume of the magnetic energy is 4087.23J/m~3;The magnetic force of unit volume increases with the increase of the pulsed current.When the frequency is 50 Hz and the current is 70 A,the magnetic force of unit volume of the melt is 1.33×10~5N/m~3.The results indicate distribution of pulsed magnetic field in aluminum alloy melt by numerical simulation and It is a theoretical foundation for the study of solidification mechanism of pulsed magnetic field to aluminum alloy s.
