SPHD钢生产过程中夹杂物演变规律研究

【摘要】 本文研究了SPHD冷轧冲压用钢生产过程中各个工序总氧T[O]、[N]以及夹杂物的形貌和成分的变化情况。冶炼过程中夹杂物的演变规律主要为Al2O3→MgO-Al2O3→MgO-Al2O3-CaO→MgO·Al2O3-CaO-CaS和Al2O3→Al2O3-CaO→Al2O3-CaO-CaS两种途径。并对钢中硫化钙夹杂物的形成热力学进行分析得到,在炼钢过程中,[S]的质量分数小于0.014%时钢中不会生成CaS夹杂,[Ca]的质量分数在0.042%以上时,钢中才会出现纯的CaS夹杂。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the SPHD cold rolled steel in the production process of each process T[O]、[N]as well as the change of the morphology and composition of inclusions.The evolution rules of the inclusions in the refining to the casting process are mainly Al2O3→MgO-Al2O3→MgO-Al2O3-CaO→MgO-Al2O3-CaO-CaS and Al2O3→Al2O3-CaO→Al2O3-CaO-CaS.The thermodynamics of the formation of calcium sulfide inclusions in steel was analyzed.concluded that the CaS inclusion is not formed in the steel when the mass fraction of[S]is less than 0.014% in the steelmaking process.
