RH炉真空脱碳工艺优化
Optimum Process of RH Treatment for Decarburization

【摘要】 通过对RH炉初始氧含量及真空模式的优化,RH炉终点碳得到了显著下降。试验结果表明,通过提高RH炉初始氧含量,成品碳含量降低了0.0008%;通过真空模式的优化,成品碳含量由0.0061%降低至0.0030%,成品碳含量≤0.0035%的比例达到100%。
【Abstract】 The initial oxygen content based on the RH furnace and vacuum mode optimization of RH finished carbon had dropped significantly.The results show that by increasing the initial oxygen content of RH furnace,finished product carbon content was reduced by 0.0008%;Through vacuum mode optimization,finished product carbon content reduced from 0.0061%to 0.0030%.The ratio of finished carbon content less than 0.0035%is 100%.
