【摘要】 介绍了宝钢VIM+PESR+VAR三联工艺GH4720Li合金φ508mm锭的冶金效果和实物质量。VIM+PESR工艺的电极无缩孔、纯净、组织致密;VAR的工艺稳定性良好。三联工艺GH4720Li合金的S含量仅几个×10-6,对合金的锻造开坯非常有利。试验摸索合金的均匀化处理工艺。试验结果表明,合金锭经均匀化处理后,热加工塑性明显提高。三联工艺GH4720Li合金棒材具有良好的综合力学性能。

【Abstract】 In this paper,we introduced the metallurgical technology and product quality of GH4720 Li alloy by triple-melted process VIM + PESR + VAR with φ508mm ingot.The results show that the PESR electrode by VIM + PESR was free of shrinkage 、 compact and high degree purity,and the VAR process was obviously stable。 The sulfur content of GH4720 Li alloy was only several ppm by triple- melted process,that was propitious to forging cogging.The uniform heat treatment technology was also studied,and the results show that the hot working plasticity of GH4720 Li alloy ingot was significantly improved after uniform heat treatment.The properties of GH4720 Li alloy by triple- melted process were well.
