M951合金导向叶片组合件熔模精密铸造工艺研究

【摘要】 高压涡轮导向叶片组合件为某型号航空发动机的核心部件,采用M951合金无余量精密铸造工艺铸造而成。该部件由内环、外环和空心叶片三部分组成,最大直径φ281.4mm,空心叶片数多达35个,且叶片壁厚仅为1mm。通过采用蜡模分体压制,精密夹具组合定位,熔模拼装组合成型的工艺方案,很好的解决了高压涡轮导向叶片组合件熔模的成型问题,并简化了模具结构,降低了模具制造成本。设计采用顶注-侧注相结合的浇注系统,改善凝固条件有效地解决了叶根疏松和叶片缩裂的问题。采用适当的模壳温度和浇注温度,浇注出的铸件冶金质量优良,很好地满足了设计和使用要求。
【Abstract】 The high-pressure turbine guide vanes unit casted by M951 is one of the core components of a type aero-engine.There are three parts of the unit,which are a inner ring,a outer ring and hollow vanes.The max diameter of the unit isφ281.4m and the number of the hollow vanes with only about 1mm thickness is 35.The investment pattern molding problem was solved by using a precise holding device,through which each individual wax units made by mould-parting technique was assembled accurately.Furthermore this method not only simplified the mould structure but also reduced the cost of mould making.The top-side gating system was used,which solved porosity and crack issues effectively by changing local thickness and improving solidification conditions.In order to manufacture castings with high metallurgical quality and meet the design and use demands,high mould shell temperate and moderate pouring temperate were used.
