【摘要】 目的观察糖尿病胃平滑肌组织中磷酸二酯酶3(PDE3)的表达及活性变化。方法腹腔注射链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病模型,造模成功4周后利用免疫组化、western blot和高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测胃平滑肌组织中PDE3表达和活性变化。结果免疫组化和western blot结果PDE3在胃平滑肌中均表达,且正常组与糖尿病组之间无明显的改变;且其活性显著降低。结论胃平滑肌组织中PDE3活性降低是糖尿病胃动力障碍机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to explore the expression and activity of phosphodiesterase-3(PDE3)in the diabetic rats gastric smooth muscle.Method The diabetic model by intraperitoneal injection of STZ,after 4 weeks PDE3 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot,PDE3 activity of gastric smooth muscle tissue was detected by HPLC.Results Immunohistochemistry and Western blot results showed that the expression of PDE3 in gastric smooth muscle was normal,but there was no significant difference between normal group and diabetic group.Conclusion The decrease of PDE3 activity in gastric smooth muscle is one of the mechanisms of diabetic gastric motility disorder更多还原
