氧化铈促进的高效纳米金催化剂制备及其CO-PROX反应性能

【摘要】 在PEMFC工作温度(80-120℃)条件下,具有高活性和性能稳定的Au催化剂合成仍是当前的研究难点。在前期工作基础上,我们利用Au与CeO2之间的相互作用,采用CeO2对氧化铝表面进行修饰,在催化剂表面引入了氧空位,从而增强Au与Al2O3载体之间的相互作用,结果表明,所制备的Au-Cu/CeO2/Al2O3催化剂不仅可以改善催化剂的CO-PROX反应性能,而且极大拓宽了其CO完全转化温度窗口(80-110℃),这可能与Ce的引入对催化剂中Au与载体相互作用及其还原性能的调变有关。
【Abstract】 At the operating temperature(80-120 ℃) of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC),highly active and stable nanogold catalyst is urgently desired but still remains a big challenge.On the basis of our previous works,considering the effect of the strong metal-support interaction(SMSI),a new type of Au-Cu/CeO2/Al2O3 catalyst was synthesized.The obtained catalyst is not only highly active for the CO-PROX reaction,but also shows a 100%CO conversion in the temperature range of 80-110 ℃.The characterization results indicated that increased activity can be ascribed to the formation of oxygen vacancy,which suggested that the introduction of ceria could greatly enhance the Au-support interaction and reducibility of Au-Cu/CeO2/Al2O3 catalyst.
