石墨烯气凝胶固载磷酸酸催化剂的合成、表征及催化乙酰丙酸乙酯化

【摘要】 采用直接水热还原法结合冷干技术制备了三维石墨烯气凝胶(GA),以其为载体,制备了一系列负载型磷酸酸催化剂(HPW/GA)。结果表明,所制催化剂拥有丰富的孔结构并具有HPW的Keggin型结构特征。在本研究实验条件下,乙酰丙酸的转化率最高可达89.1%,其产物乙酰丙酸乙酯有望减少石油类能源的消耗。

【Abstract】 3D graphene aerogels(GAs) was synthesized from graphene oxide(GO) using a hydrothermal procedure combined with freeze-drying.Then,they were used to assemble the supported H3PW12O40(HPW) catalysts.The optimization of the reaction conditions for levulinic acid esterification with ethanol was performed and the catalytic performance of the HPW/GA catalysts was comparatively investigated.The results showed that these catalysts had abundant porous structure and maintained the Keggin characteristic of HPW.In particular,they were found to be efficient in the synthesis of ethyl levulinate,which is promising in reducing the consumption of petroleum-derived fossil fuels.The conversion of LA may reach up to 89.1%under the present conditions.
