关于反应吸附脱硫协同作用规律的研究

【摘要】 反应吸附脱硫工艺被认为是最具前途的深度脱硫工艺。反应吸附脱硫技术发展迅速,但其反应机理仍未被证实。本文研究反应吸附脱硫过程中的协同规律,首先,分别研究ZnO催化剂和NiO催化剂在临氢、非临氢条件下的脱硫性能;然后,以复合吸附剂为切入点,以噻吩溶液为模型化合物,在临氢、非临氢条件下对不同的复合吸附剂进行反应吸附脱硫实验,通过反应过程中硫物种及烃类变化规律的研究对反应吸附脱硫过程中存在的协同规律进行总结,从而进一步了解反应吸附脱硫过程中Ni、Zn等组分的协同作用规律。总结Ni与ZnO的协同作用如下:Ni0与噻吩反应生成Ni3S2,或者过渡态的NiS,在H2气氛下,H2与上述镍的硫化物反应生成Ni0和H2S,而H2S被ZnO吸附脱除,这样催化剂的活性不收平衡影响持续再生,从而维持较高的脱硫活性,噻吩硫几乎完全脱除。
【Abstract】 The cooperative laws in the process of the reaction of absorptive desulfurization was studied in this paper.Firstly,we studied the desulfurization performance of ZnO and NiO catalyst respectively under the conditions of hydrogen and non-hydrogen;Then,the experiment was carried on under the conditions of hydrogen and non-hydrogen with different composite adsorbents,in which composite adsorbents were the breakthrough points and thiophene solution were the model compounds.Through the study of sulfur species and the changes of hydrocarbon in the process of the reaction,the collaborative rules in the reaction of absorptive desulfurization were summarized.NiO reacted with thiophene to generate Ni3S2,or the transition state of the NiS;Under the H2 atmosphere,H2 reacted with the nickel sulfide to generate NiO and H2S,and H2S was absorbed by ZnO,thus the catalyst can regenerate continuous without the effect of equilibrium.So as to maintain high activity of desulfurization,thiophenic sulfur was almost completely removed.
