胍类聚合物-氧化石墨烯复合材料的合成及抗菌活性研究

【摘要】 氧化石墨烯(GO)作为一种新型材料,由于其特殊的物理化学性质,其应用也广受关注。近年来,有研究报道GO具有抗菌性。如何将氧化石墨烯的抗菌活性得到广泛应用引起广大研究者的极大兴趣。本文将传统的胍类高分子抗菌剂聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐(PHGC)接枝在聚乙二醇(PEG)改性的GO表面上,制备了GO-PEG-PHGC抗菌复合材料。扫描电镜(SEM),热失重分析(TGA),X射线衍射仪(XRD)等多种实验结果将被汇报。大肠杆菌(E.coli)和金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aure)被用来测试杀菌率,杀菌率实验结果显示GO-PEG-PHGC复合材料对革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌都具有更强的抗菌活性。
【Abstract】 Graphene,a single-atom-thick 2-dimensional(2D) graphitic carbon material,has already gained great attention since its discovery.Herein,a facile synthesis method of polyethylene glycol(PEG) and polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride(PHGC) dual-polymer-functionalized graphene oxide(GO)(GO-PEG-PHGC),a novel antibacterial material,was reported.The as-prepared samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),X-ray(XRD) and element analysis.The sterilizing effect on the bacterial strain was investigated by incubating Gram-negative bacteria(Escherichia coli) and Gram-positive bacteria(Staphylococcus aureus).The results show that GO-PEG-PHGC has enhanced antibacterial activity,not only Gram-negative bacteria but also Gram-positive bacteria are greatly inhibited by this agent.
