柔性锗酸锌/碳复合纤维的制备及其在锂离子电池中的应用

【摘要】 本文提出了溶解-再结晶的方法,结合静电纺丝工艺,可将体相、微米或纳米尺寸的锗酸锌转换成具有自支撑结构和较好柔韧性的锗酸锌/碳复合纤维。[1-2]该材料可直接裁剪成电极片应用于锂离子电池负极,电极制备过程中不需要额外添加导电剂、粘结剂,并且不需要使用集流体,极大减小了锂离子电池负极的整体重量。该材料组装成扣式电池后,表现出极好的电化学性能,在1Ag-1电流密度下,经2000次循环容量保持在800 mAh g-1以上且库伦效率高于99%。另外,这种复合纤维还显示出优异的倍率性能。
【Abstract】 Flexible paper electrode constructed of Zn2GeO4 nanofibers anchored with amorphous carbon was firstly prepared as advanced binder-free and self-supported electrodes for LIBs without using extra substrate materials.It shows ultra-long cycle life(820 mAh g-1 even after 2000 cycles) and superior rate capability(373 mAh g-1 at a high current density of 12 A g-1),when used as anodes for LIBs.The superior electrochemical performance was attributed to the synergistic effect of flexible interwinded network,robust C-0 bond,and highly conductive carbon anchored in the Zn2GeO4 nanofibers.The dissolution-recrystallization method may also be extended as a general approach to prepare other flexible ternary oxides materials.
