无分散剂分散液-液微萃取-智能手机数码比色法测定水样中的福美双

【摘要】 基于智能手机的数码比色法受到越来越多的关注。本文将分散液-液微萃取的操作简单、富集倍数高等突出的优点,与基于智能手机的数码比色法的设备简单的优点有机结合起来。福美双在弱碱性条件下与Cu2+络合生成黄色的疏水性螯合物。选择溶解在酸性溶液中的间氯苯胺为萃取剂。当萃取剂加入到样品溶液后,加入适量的碱溶液,将混合液调至碱性后,萃取剂间氯苯胺因呈非质子化状态,而从溶液主体中均匀析出,同时完成了黄色螯合物的萃取,整个萃取过程在数秒钟内完成。经离心处理2分钟,黄色液体聚集到离心管底部,将其转入多空盘中后,将其移至一个可折叠的自制暗箱内,完成数码比色测定。在最佳条件下福美双的浓度在0.08μg/mL-1.5μg/mL范围内与测量量有很好的线性关系,检出限(LOD,S/N=3)为0.023μg/mL。该方法己应用于实际水样分析,加标回收率在80%-119%之间。该方法具有成本低廉、测量方便,为野外水体中福美双的现场测定提供了可能性。

【Abstract】 Digital colorimetry is attracting more and more attention in analytical chemistry.In this paper,an idea that combines the advantages of dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction and digital colorimetry based smartphone.Thiram was selected as the model to be analyzed.A new dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction was used where disperser was negligible.The digital colorimetry based smartphone was performed in a home-made foldable box.Under optimal conditions,there was a linear relationship between readings from digital colorimetry and thiram concentration in the range of 0.08 μg/mL-1.5 μg/mL,with the limit of detection(LOD,S/N=3) of 0.023 μg/mL.The method has been applied in the analysis of actual water samples with the recoveries ranged from 80%to 119%.The method is suitable for the on-site determination of thiram in environmental water due to its simplicity.
