基于聚合多巴胺的磁性多孔碳的制备及其对染料的吸附性能
Preparation of magnetic porous carbon based on polydopamine and the study of its adsorption behavior for dyes

【摘要】 本研究以介孔氧化硅SBA-15为硬模板,以FeCl3为铁源,聚合多巴胺为碳源,制备了磁性多孔碳材料。采用扫描电镜和透射电镜(图1)等对其结构进行了表征,可观察到磁性纳米颗粒均匀分布在多孔碳里,且明显可观察到材料的多孔结构。研究了该磁性多孔碳材料对亚甲基蓝、刚果红、中性红等有机染料污染物的吸附性能,图2为磁性介孔碳材料对三种染料的吸附等温线。结果表明在温度为30℃,pH为7的条件下,对亚甲基蓝和中性红的最大吸附容量可达到388.7和1976.8 mg/g,在pH为4的条件下对刚果红的最大吸附容量可达到1946 mg/g。该磁性多孔碳材料对有机染料具有很高的吸附容量,这是由于碳材料的具有优异的吸附性能,以及其多孔结构所带来的高的比表面积和大量的吸附位点,由此表明该磁性多孔碳材料在水体有机污染物去除方面有较大的应用潜力。
【Abstract】 In this work,using mesoporous silica SBA-15 as a hard template,FeCl3 as iron source,PDA as carbon source,magnetic porous carbon material based on polydopamine was prepared.The resulted magnetic porous carbon was characterized by SEM and TEM(Fig1.).TEM images proved that magnetic nanoparticles distributed uniformly on the carbon matrix,and porous structure was observed obviously from SEM images.Three organic dyes were selected as target pollutants.Under the optimal pH,the maximum adsorption capacity calculated from Langmuir adsorption isotherm for methylene blue,neutral red and congo red were 388.7,1976.8 and 1946 mg g-1,respectively.Due to the excellent adsorption performance of carbon materials,high specific surface area and a large number of adsorption sites of the mesoporous structure,the magnetic porous carbon materials showed high adsorption capacity for organic dyes.The magnetic porous carbon showed great potential for dye pollutants removal.
