AZ91D镁合金化学镀Ni-P与Ni-P-SiC镀层的制备及耐蚀性
The Preparation and Corrosion Resistance of Electroless Ni-P and Ni-P-SiC Coatings on AZ91D Magnesium Alloy

【摘要】 采用酸性、低温、三元复合络合剂化学镀工艺在AZ91D镁合金上制备了Ni-P和Ni-P-SiC镀层。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)分析对镀层的形态和组分进行了表征,应用动电位扫描极化曲线对镀层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,化学镀Ni-P镀层均匀致密、无明显缺陷,化学镀Ni-P-SiC复合镀层表面变粗糙、结点变小,Ni-P镀层和Ni-P-SiC镀层的磷含量分别为7.92%和7.33%(均为质量分数)。两种镀层在3.5%NaCl溶液中耐腐蚀性良好,SiC微粒的共沉积对Ni-P镀层的耐腐蚀性影响不大。
【Abstract】 The protective coatings of electroless deposited Ni-P and Ni-P-SiC on AZ91 D magnesium alloy were prepared from acid plating bath solution containing ternary composite ligand in the condition of low temperature.The morphology and compositions analysis of coatings were characterized by SEM and EDS and the corrosion performance of samples was investigated by the polarization measurements in 3.5 wt.%NaCl solution.The results showed that the uniform and dense Ni-P layer with no apparent defects was formed on AZ91 D magnesium alloy,and the surface morphology of Ni-P-SiC composite coating became coarse and the dimension of nodular was decreased.The phosphorus contents of Ni-P and Ni-P-SiC coatings were about 7.92 wt.%and 8.69 wt.%respectively.The two kinds of coatings revealed excellent corrosion resistance in 3.5 wt.%NaCl solution and co-deposition of SiC particles had little effect on the corrosion resistance of Ni-P coating.
