3-(4-氯苯亚甲基-)氨基-1,2,4-三唑在盐酸溶液中对5052铝合金的缓蚀作用

【摘要】 以对氯苯甲醛和3-氨基-1,2,4-三氮唑为原料合成了3-(4-氯苯亚甲基-)氨基-1,2,4-三唑(AT-S),采用核磁和红外的方法表征产物,表明产物是目标产物。采用静态失重法、动电位极化曲线法、电化学阻抗法和扫描电子显微镜等研究其在1 mol·L-1盐酸溶液中对5052铝合金的缓蚀性能。结果表明,3-(4-氯苯亚甲基-)氨基-1,2,4-三唑在1 mol·L-1盐酸溶液中对5052铝合金具有良好的缓蚀作用,在浓度为5 mmol·L-1时,对5052铝合金的缓蚀效率高达98.4%。缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率随其浓度增加而增大;化合物AT-S为阴极抑制型缓蚀剂,在5052铝合金表面上的吸附符合朗格缪尔吸附。

【Abstract】 3-(4- chlorophenyl methylene-) amino-1,2,4- triazole was synthesized by 4-Chlorobenzaldehyde and3-Amino-l,2,4-triazole.The product was characterized by H-NMR and IR methods.The inhibition effect of 3-(4-chlorophenyl methylene-) amino-1,2,4- triazole on the corrosion of 5052 aluminum alloy in 1 mol · L-1 HCl has been studied by weight loss measurement,ppolarization,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and scanning electron microscopy techniques(SEM).Results showed that 3-(4-chlorophenyl methylene-) amino-1,2,4- triazole is excellent inhibitor for 5052 aluminum alloy in 1 mol · L-1 HCl,the inhibition efficiency of the inhibitor would up to98.4%at the concentration of 5mmol / L and the inhibition efficiency increases with increasing in concentration of the compound AT-S.The inhibitor acted as cathodic-type inhibitor and the adsorption of the compound AT-S on the 5052 aluminum alloy surface obeys a Langmuir adsorption isotherm.
