轴流风机离散噪声的模拟研究及降噪方案

【摘要】 针对轴流风机的噪声特点,采用数值模拟的方法计算了轴流风机观测点的噪声曲线以及声压值。根据计算的噪声特点,设计了适用于该轴流风机的消声器,并计算了该消声器的再生噪声,结果表明消声器再生噪声与轴流风机噪声曲线吻合良好。为了进一步验证消声器的噪声控制效果,模拟了装有消声器的轴流风机观测点处噪声曲线以及声压值,结果表明该消声器对轴流风机的噪声控制效果良好,在观测点1处降低了5.45d B。通过上述分析研究证明了方案的可行性和有效性,为轴流风机噪声控制提供了较为系统性的设计及分析思路。

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of axial flow fan noise, the noise curve and sound pressure value of the observation point of the axial flow fan are calculated by the numerical simulation method. According to the characteristics of noise calculation, design for muffler in the axial fan, the noise of the muffler and the regeneration calculation results show that the muffler noise regeneration and axial fan noise curves are in good agreement. In order to further verify the muffler noise control effect is simulated with a silencer of axial flow fan point of observation noise curve and pressure value. The results show that the silencer of axial flow fan noise control effect is good, reduce the 5.45 d B observation point 1 of the fan. Through the above analysis proves the feasibility and validity of the scheme, provides a more systematic analysis and design ideas of the control for axial fan noise.
