【Abstract】 Aged garlic extract is one of the most popular garlic preparations for dietary supplement in Europe,the United States and other countries.It plays a essential role in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,tumors and antioxidant.Through consulting domestic and foreign references on aged garlic extract,aged garlic extract and preparations,pharmacological effects,chemical compositions and determination methods were reviewed.It can provide a certain reference for the further research and development of garlic in our country.更多还原
