【摘要】 目的:通过对1例静脉药瘾者感染性心内膜炎患者实施会诊及药学监护,探讨临床药师在临床治疗中发挥作用。方法:通过对患者住院期间进行药学监护,协助医师为患者制定有效的个体化用药方案,根据患者病情变化调整治疗方案并监护其疗效和不良反应。结果:通过药师在整个过程中细致的药学监护及医嘱干预,患者病情得到改善。结论:临床药师积极开展药学监护,协同临床医师优化给药方案,有利于患者的用药安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the role of clinical pharmacists on pharmaceutical care for one infective endocarditis patient in intravenous drug abusers.METHODS By providing full term pharmaceutical care for the patient,clinical pharmacists monitored relevant indicators and adverse effects and assisted doctors to choose proper drugs.RESULTS Clinical pharmacists prevented the deterioration of drug adverse effect,reduced the pain in patients and improved drug efficacy.CONCLUSION Through participating in the clinical practice,clinical pharmacists can detect drug side effect provide knowledge of rational drug use and high quality pharmaceutical care for patients.更多还原
