【摘要】 目的:探讨药师在老年人用药的指导作用,关注老年人群用药特殊性,促进老年人合理用药。方法:结合1例老年患者不合理用药的病例,分析讨论老年人生理功能的变化对用药安全性的影响,以及药师在合理用药中的指导作用。结果:在药师对于药物治疗的合理建议下,患者调整用药方案,最终痊愈,节省了治疗成本和时间。结论:老年人由于特殊的生理状态、疾病进展的不同时期,影响药物药动学特点与药效学变化,因此药师需要密切关注老年人群特点,为老年人群的合理用药提供建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To explore the guiding role of pharmacists in the treatment of the elderly,to focus on special state of elderly patients,and to promote rational drug use of aged group.METHODS:Based on 1 cases of irrational drug use in elderly patients,the changes in the physiological functions of the elderly on medication safety,and the guiding role of pharmacists in rational drug use were analyzed and discussed.RESULATS:Pharmacists provided a reasonable suggestion and adjusted therapeutic regimen,and 2 patients were discharged from hospital ultimately,save the cost of treatment and time.CONCLUSION:The special physiological state of the elderly,disease progression will affect pharmacokinetic characteristics and pharmacodynamic changes,so pharmacists should pay more attention to the characteristics of elderly population and provide suggestions for the rational use of drug in the elderly population.更多还原
