【摘要】 目的:评价疏风解毒胶囊和磷酸奥司他韦治疗成人流感样症状的经济性。方法:本研究采用前瞻性、实效临床试验设计方法,将流感样症状患者随机分组到接受疏风解毒胶囊和磷酸奥司他韦胶囊进行治疗。由经过培训的调研员对患者进行随访,并收集成本和效果数据。以医疗卫生系统为研究角度,分别采用6个效果指标进行成本效果分析。结果:共纳入采用疏风解毒胶囊和磷酸奥司他韦胶囊治疗的有效病例分别为78例和72例。两组的48h痊愈率(P=0.320)、48h退热率(P=0.523)、48h有效率(P=0.805)、5天痊愈率(P=0.383)、5天退热率(P=0.512)和5天有效率(P=1.000)均无显著差异。疏风解毒胶囊组的门诊费用总额(P<0.01)和药品费用(P<0.01)显著低于磷酸奥司他韦胶囊组。结论:疏风解毒胶囊和磷酸奥司他韦胶囊治疗流感样症状的效果相当,疏风解毒胶囊成本低于磷酸奥司他韦胶囊,因此疏风解毒胶囊治疗流感样症状更具有经济性。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of Shufeng Jiedu capsules and oseltamivir phosphate capsules for adult patients with influenza-like illness(ELI).METHODS Patients with ELI were randomized in a prospective pragmatic clinical trial to either treatment group with Shufeng Jiedu capsules or oseltamivir phosphate capsules and were followed up by trained investigators for collecting clinical and cost data.From the health care system perspective,six clinical effectiveness indicators were used for the cost-effectiveness analyses.RESULTS There are 78 and 72 patients in Shufeng Jiedu group and oseltamivir phosphate group respectively included in the final analyses.The remission rate,response rate and antifebrile rate at 48 hours or 5 days after treatment were not significantly different between the two groups(all P>0.05).The total medical cost and drug expenses of Shufeng Jiedu capsules were lower than that of oseltamivir phosphate capsules(P <0.01).CONCLUSION Shufeng Jiedu capsules or oseltamivir phosphate capsules were similar in treating adults with ELI,but the cost with Shufeng Jiedu capsules was lower.Shufeng Jiedu capsules was cost-effective in comparison with oseltamivir phosphate capsules for adult ILL更多还原
