An Analysis of Phonetic Transfer from Chinese to English

【摘要】 Transfer exerts an important impact on the acquisition of English.This thesis explores where phonetic transfer takes place and how the knowledge of previously acquired Chinese pronunciation influences the acquisition of English pronunciation.
