一种基于基片集成波导的小型化双工器设计
Design of Miniaturized Diplexer Based on Substrate Integrated Waveguide

【摘要】 本文设计了一款基于基片集成波导的小型化双工器。双工器由两个带通滤波器并联构成,公共部分采用微带T型枝节。和传统的利用半模、四分之一模矩形谐振器设计滤波器相比,本文中通过在三分之一模三角形谐振器上加载缺陷地结构的方法能够使得滤波器的尺寸更小。为了验证双工器设计的有效性,对该设计模型进行了实物加工,实测结果能够和设计值保持较好地吻合。
【Abstract】 The aim of this project is to design a miniaturized diplexer based on substrate integrated waveguide. The diplexer is composed of two channel filters connected to a common input port through a microstrip T-junction. In this paper, defected ground structure(DGS) is loaded into one-third-mode substrate integrated resonator(OTMSIR).The utilization of OTMSIR and DGS can achieve a size reduction compared wiht some reported half-mode substrate integrated waveguide(HMSIW) and quarter-mode substrate integrated waveguide(QMSIW).For validation, the diplexer is designed and fabricated. The measured results agree well with the simulated ones.
