基于1/4模基片集成波导子阵列天线设计

【摘要】 本文对由等腰直角三角形波导实现的1/4模基片集成波导进行了研究。采用基于等腰直角三角形波导的空腔模式法分析1/4模基片集成波导。文中基于1/4模基片集成波导设计了两种圆极化天线,并对这两种天线子阵的性能进行了比较。仿真结果表明文中提出的两种天线均具有很好的圆极化辐射特性。基于两个1/4模基片集成波导单元的圆极化天线和基于四个1/4模基片集成波导单元的圆极化天线,可广泛用于不同的应用需求。
【Abstract】 An isosceles right triangular quarter-mode substrate integrated waveguide(QMSIW) cavity is discussed in this paper. The mode solutions of the QMSIW are determined based on the cavity model of an isosceles right triangular waveguide. Two kinds of circularly polarized antennas based on QMSIW sub-array are proposed and designed. The characteristics of the designed antennas sub-array are studied and compared. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed QMSIW antennas have high-performance of circularly polarized radiation property. The circularly polarized antennas based on two and four QMSIW cells can be widely applied in different applications.
