【Abstract】 From the point of ergonomics to analysis the use way of fruit knife handle,and by means of experimental means to extract and reconstruct the shape of the handle curve,and constantly improve the fruit knife handle,so as to provide users with more effort and safe use.By means of experimental research,get the design at the same time,but also provide new ideas and ways of the human form design on hands of human-machine,so as to improve the user experience.更多还原
