长爪沙鼠脑缺血模型近交系培育中血液生理生化指标的变化

【摘要】 目的建立脑缺血模型长爪沙鼠近交系培育过程中的血液生理生化指标动态变化曲线,探讨近交系动物培育过程中血液生理生化指标的变化规律。方法应用Beckman全自动生化分析仪(CX5)和日本光电全自动血细胞分析仪(MEK-7222K)对脑缺血模型长爪沙鼠近交系F11到F20代繁殖动物17项血液生化和22项血常规指标进行检测。结果F11~F20代动物的URIC、LD、CK、ALT、HDLD、MG、RBC、WBC、EOS、NEUT、MON、BAS、PLT、PCT、PDW、HGB、MCH、RDW呈现上升趋势,LYM、CRE、BUN、ALP、GLU呈现下降趋势;HCT、MCV、MCHC、MPV趋势平稳,F17~F20代差异不显著。结论近交系培育过程培育对其多数血液生理生化指标有影响。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a dynamic curve of blood biochemical and physiological characteristics in the process of inbreeding ischemia-prone gerbil,and to provide basic data for inbred animal breeding.MethodsThe 17 blood biochemical and 22 physiological indexes of blood samples from Fl 1 to F20 progeny were tested by Beckman automatic biochemical analyzer(CX5) and Japanese photoelectric automatic blood cell analyzer(MEK-7222 K).ResultsThe results showed that the URIC,LD,CK,ALT,HDLD,MG,RBC,WBC,EOS,NEUT,MON,BAS,PLT,PCT,PDW,HGB,MCH,and RDW of Fl1-F20 were increasing.The BUN,ALP,GLU showed a decreasing trend.The HCT,MCV,MCHC,MPV value was stable.The indexes of generations F17-F20 did not display significant difference and exhibited stable dynamic trend.ConclusionInbreeding process has an influence on the animal’s biological characteristics.
