快速声表面波气相色谱仪测定邻二甲苯

【摘要】 为建立有效的环境污染物邻二甲苯现场快速检测提供参考和依据。本实验使用声表面波气相色谱(GC-SAW)对邻二甲苯进行测定,检测器温度:25℃;DB-5毛细管色谱柱:初始温度40℃,10℃/s程序升温至180℃。结果显示,邻二甲苯保留时间为1.96s,最低检出限为0.002mg/ml,精密度RSD值为4.08%,邻二甲苯溶液在0.0088~0.344mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系。因此,采用GC-SAW能快速、准确检测空气污染物邻二甲苯。

【Abstract】 Target to provide reference and basis for on-site and rapid establishment of detection on environmental pollutant O-xylene. O-xylene was detected by SAW gas chromatography(GC-SAW). The temperature of SAW detector was set at 25℃, the initial temperature of DB-5 capillary column was 40℃, and was temperature-programmed to 180℃ with the rate of 10℃/s. Results of experiments showed that the retention time of the O-xylene was 1.96 s, the detection limit was 0.002mg/ml, the RSD value of precision was 4.08%,and good linearity was observed in O-xylene concentration range of 0.0088~0.344mg/ml. Therefore, The air pollutants O-xylene can be detected quickly and accurately by the GC-SAW.
