高频变压器次级串联谐振并网逆变器的设计

【摘要】 为了提升分布式发电系统的整体效率,减小输出电压谐波畸变率,提出一种高频变压器次级串联谐振软开关推挽电路,两个推挽变换器次级串联,实现功率器件软开关。给出了电路构成及工作原理,分析了电路工作过程,研制了24V输入、220V/50HZ输出、3k W功率的原理样机。通过实验证明,该并网逆变器效率提升1.6%~2.0%,THD(谐波畸变率)为1.71%,小于2.5%,适用于低电压大电流输入的分布式发电领域。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the overall efficiency of the distributed power generation system,and reduce the harmonic distortion of output voltage, a high frequency transformer secondary series push-pull circuit is presented in this paper.In this circuit mode, two push-pull converter secondary windings are connected in subtractive series so as to improve output power rating, high frequency transformer is adopted so as ro reduce the volume of the inverter and improve the efficiency in the former DC/DC converter.In addition, the circuit structure and working principle are given, and the working process of the circuit is analyzed.Finally, a prototype of 24 V input, 220 V/50 Hz output and 3 k W power is built to verify the theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of the circuit.The experimental results show that the efficiency of the grid connected inverter is improved by 1.6%~2.0%, THD is 1.71%, less than 2.5%, which is suitable for the field of distributed generation with low voltage and high current input.
