干旱胁迫对不同品种澳洲坚果渗透调节能力的影响

【摘要】 【目的】探讨土壤持续干旱对不同品种澳洲坚果渗透调节物质的影响,为开展澳洲坚果抗旱性研究提供参考依据。【方法】以6个不同澳洲坚果品种2年生幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽方式模拟土壤自然持续干旱,测定干旱胁迫后的澳洲坚果叶片游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛(MDA)含量等生理指标。【结果】在持续干旱胁迫条件下,6个品种澳洲坚果的叶片细胞质膜透性增大、叶片丙二醛含量和游离脯氨酸含量升高。可溶性糖含量于胁迫处理7d达到最低而后上升,可溶性蛋白含量于胁迫处理7d达到峰值而后下降。渗透调节能力按加权平均得分高低排序为云澳7号>云澳32号>云澳23号>云澳10号>云澳2号>云澳29号。【结论】云澳7号澳洲坚果对干旱的适应性最强,云澳32号次之,云澳29号对干旱的适应性最弱,在今后的品种选育、品种推广与灌溉管护中要加以区别对待。

【Abstract】 [Obiective]The present study was conducted to osmotic regulation substances of drought resistance in different macadamia varieties.Explore the differences varieties of macadamia different drough resisitance mechanism, provide theoretical basis for selecting excellent macadamia.[Method]2-year old potted seedlings of macadamia under simulating natural continuous drough,by measuring the six varieties macadamia leaf free proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein,malondialdehyde and the change of cell membrane relative permeability.[Result] under the continous drought stress of soil,different varieties of macadamia leaves the cytoplasm membrane permeability increased,malondialdehyde comtent and free praline increased.Drought stress treatment after7 d, soluble sugar content to meet minimum then rise, soluble protein content in stress treatment after7 d peak decline. under the condition of continuous drought stress,six different varieties of macadamia osmotic regulation abillty according to the weighted average of the score rank for the‘Yun Mac7’, ‘Yun Mac32’, ‘Yun Mac23’, ‘Yun Mac10’, ‘Yun Mac2’ and‘Yun Mac29’. [Conclusion] ‘Yun Mac7’most adaptable to drought, the second is Yun Mac32, ‘Yun Mac 29’adaptablity to drought is the weakest.In the future,variety selection,variety promotion and irrigation management should be treated differently.
