基于多块混合网格方法的偏转导管螺旋桨推力性能分析

【摘要】 基于CFD方法,采用多块混和网格方法对偏转导管螺旋桨的推力性能展开数值模拟,并对其影响机理进行分析。为了求解非对称旋转流场,采用一种新的螺旋桨旋转域划分方法,并验证了该方法的准确性。计算结果表明:导管螺旋桨的导管偏转角度对螺旋桨整体推力性能影响明显,随着导管偏转角度增加,导管螺旋桨整体推力逐渐减小,而螺旋桨单独产生的推力却逐渐增大;随着进速系数增加,导管所产生的推力逐渐减小直至产生阻力。
【Abstract】 The multi-block hybrid mesh method is utilized to predict the thrust performance of deflected ducted propeller numerically based on the CFD method,and the effect mechanism on it of deflected duct is analyzed.For simulating the asymmetric rotating flow fields,a new idea is proposed to divide the rotating computational domain,and it is validated by comparing well with the experimental data.Numerical results show:the deflected angle of duct can extremely effect the thrust performance of ducted propeller,the integral thrust generated by propeller and duct gradually decreases with the increase of the deflected angle,but the thrust generated only by propeller is increased.When the advance coefficient increases,the thrust of duct declines rapidly,and it generates drag finally.
