【摘要】 甘肃白水江国家级自然保护区在多次调研和试点的基础上,认真研究各村特点,分析资源分布状况,调整森林管护方式,建立和创新了具有白水江保护区特色的集体林管护模式。按照"管护责任到人,管护面积到户,资金使用到村,资金监管到站"的原则,完善了管护的各项管护制度,规范社区共管组织,扎实有序推行天保集体林管护工作。保障社区村民积极参与管护并在管护过程中得到实惠,确保了白水江保护区天保工程集体林得到有效保护,积极发挥了社区村民在天然林保护中的主导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Gansu BaishuijiangNational Nature Reserve established the collective forest management model that hasBaishuijiang characteristics which base on many research and practice that has innovativeness.The Gansu Baishuijiang National Nature Reservestudied villages characteristics carefully,analyzedthe resource distribution,adjusted the way of forest management.The Gansu Baishuijiang National Nature Reserve improved the forest protect management system,standardize community co-management organizations,and promote implementation of nature collective forest management work orderly and firm,in accordance with the principle that make management responsibilities to everyone,the protect forestarea to the home,the fund use by village,the funds use supervise by station.lt’scan make sure community villagers get benefit in participate in and the process of the management,ensure the BaishuijiangNature Reserve be protect effectively andthe community villagers play the leading role in the collective forest protection projec.更多还原
