工程专用自卸车车架疲劳寿命分析

【摘要】 本文基于模态应力恢复法预测了前期开发的DT-002主副一体式车架结构在极限超载工况下的疲劳寿命。在车架模态分析的基础上,建立整车刚柔耦合动力学模型,并通过整车道路试验验证了动力学模型的可信性。进行了整车虚拟道路试验,提取极限超载条件下车架柔性体所受的载荷信息。运用疲劳寿命分析方法预测了车架的疲劳寿命。结果表明该分析方法可以用于预测工程自卸车的疲劳寿命。
【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the fatigue life of special engineering dump truck main and sub integrated frame of new R&D special engineering dump truck(DT- 002) under extreme overload conditions based on modal stress recovery.Based on the finite element modal analysis,the rigid-flexible coupling model of whole truck is built.The accuracy of the dynamic model is verified by the vehicle road test.Conducting complete vehicle virtual road test toobtain the modal displacement- time history of flexible frame under extreme heavy load conditions.According to the fatigue life analysis method to predict the fatigue life of frame.Analysis results show that the proposed analysis method for fatigue life prediction can be used to predict the fatigue life of dump truck.
