【摘要】 本文采用PVDF-HFP和PVDF-HFP/陶瓷复合物单面涂覆改性商品化聚乙烯(PE)隔膜,主要研究了单面涂覆隔膜的形貌、热性能以及隔膜装配方式对电池的影响。结果发现,二者的改性面均形成了多孔结构,隔膜/电解液的离子电导率也得到大幅提高。两种改性方法均可以提高隔膜的热收缩性能,添加了Al2O3陶瓷的隔膜耐热收缩性能更佳。电池倍率性能测试结果表明,在装配过程中改性层PVDF-HFP与负极接触的电池性能优于与正极接触的情况;改性层PVDF-HFP-Al2O3与正极接触的电池性能优于与负极接触的情况。

【Abstract】 In this paper,single-surface modified separator for LIBs with PVDF-HFP(PM) or PVDF-HFP/composites(PCM) were prepared.Morphology study showed that polyporous structure was obtained on modified surface of the two.Besides,the ionic conductivity of them was increased after absorbing liquid electrolyte.Thermal properties test showed that PM and PCM had lower shrinkage after thermal treatment and the latter’s thermal shrinkage was even negligible.For the effects of assembling methods on LIBs,results showed that in coin cells,when the modified layer of PM contacted on lithium,the performance of LIBs was better,while for PCM, opposite result was found.
