变凸筋结构多层金属气缸垫有限元分析

【摘要】 基于非线性求觯方法,利用有限元软件ABAQUS,对某款增压发动机的变凸筋结构多层金属气缸垫的密封性能进行了研究。建立了气缸垫完整的三维实体模型和机体、缸盖、螺栓的简化模型,并进行结构离散化,设定边界条件,计算得到预紧状态下气缸垫的应力变形等分布情况。结果表明:气缸垫的接触应力分布与面压试验结果吻合良好,气缸垫能够满足发动机的密封要求;变凸筋结构影响气缸垫的应力变形分布,凸筋高度增加会增大局部应力,凸筋宽度收窄会减小局部变形。

【Abstract】 Basing on nonlinear solution method,using finite element software ABAQUS,the sealing performance of multi-layer-steel cylinder head gaskets with varied bead structure was studied on a supercharged engine.Setting up complete 3D model of cylinder head gaskets,simplified models of cylinder head,cylinder body and bolts,through structure discretization and boundary condition establishment,the stress and deformation distribution of the cylinder head gaskets was obtained in pretension status.Results show that, the contact pressure of the cylinder head gaskets is in consistent with testing data.It can meet the sealing requirements of the engine. Varied bead structure affects stress and deformation distribution of cylinder head gaskets.Increased bead height will raise local stress. Narrowed bead width will reduce local deformation.
