【摘要】 山西是我国重要的煤炭工业生产基地,长期高强度的矿产开采,造成了严重的生态环境问题。建立山西煤炭资源生态补偿机制,具有重要的典型示范效应。本文通过对山西煤炭资源生态补偿现状和存在问题的分析,重点从补偿主体的权责、生态补偿法律保障、生态补偿标准、协调管理机构等方面,提出山西煤炭资源生态补偿机制建立的对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shanxi is an important production base of coal industry in China.Serious environmental problems have been caused by the long-term and high-intensive exploitation.The typical demonstration effect could be produced while establishing the ecological compensation mechanism of coal mining area in Shanxi Province.In this study,the existing circumstances and problems of ecological compensation were analyzed in Shanxi coal mining areas.While the main body of compensation,legal protection,compensation standard,coordination management agencies were discussed,and then the ecological compensation mechanism of coal resources were established in Shanxi Province.更多还原
