3种微生物制剂不同比例组合对池塘水质的影响
Effects of different proportions of three probiotics on the pond water quality

【摘要】 为了研究微生态制剂对池塘水质的净化作用,本实验采用枯草芽孢杆菌、粪链球菌、光合细菌等3种微生态制剂依次按1:1:1、2:1:1、1:2:1、1:1:2不同比例混合以10~5CFU/ml的浓度投放入水体,检测COD、氨态氮、亚硝酸盐氮、硫化物等4个理化指标的变化。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌、粪链球菌、光合细菌1:2:1混合对COD降解效果最好(p<0.05),1:1:1混合对氨态氮的处理效果最好(p<0.05),1:1:2混合对亚硝酸盐氮和硫化物的处理效果最好(p<0.05)。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of probiotics on the pond water quality, Bacillus subtilis Streptococcus faecalis and photosynthetic bacteria were prepared according to the ratios of 1:1:1,2:1:1, 1:2:1 and1:1:2 with 10~5cfu/ml as the unit of concentration into 4 mixed micro ecological preparations, and their effects on COD, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, sulfide in pond water were investigated. The results showed that the mixed preparation of Bacillus subtilis,Strptococcus faecalis and Photosynthetic bacteria at a ratio of 1:2:1 had the best effect in treating COD(P<0.05), the mixed preparation of Bacillus subtilis, Strptococcus faecalis and Photosynthetic bacteria at a ratio of 1:1:1 showed the best effect in treating ammonia nitrogen(P<0.05), and the mixed preparation of Bacillus subtilis, Strptococcus faecalis and Photosynthetic bacteria at a ratio of 1:1:2 showed the best effect in treating nitrite nitrogen and reducing sulfide(p<0.05). This experiment adopts the provide reference for probiotics application in aquaculture.
