沱江宽体沙鳅的繁殖生物学与人工繁殖

【摘要】 对沱江宽体沙鳅的繁殖生物学及其人工繁殖进行了研究。5月卵巢发育到Ⅳ期,精巢发育到Ⅴ,5~8月成熟系数有一明显高峰,其峰值出现在6月和7月,表明5~8月为繁殖期,繁殖盛期为6~7月;成熟卵巢中卵子大小基本一致,卵径分布为单峰型,属于一次产卵类型;绝对生殖力414~9625粒,平均3230粒,相对生殖力21~789粒/g,平均227粒/g;卵小,沉性,野生条件下胚胎发育需要流速较快的流水环境;繁殖群体性比为雌:雄=1:1.15;性成熟年龄两性均为2~3龄,多数3龄成熟,繁殖群体主要由2、3、4龄组成。5月下旬~7月中旬,LRH-A2和HCG人工催产,干法授精,平均受精率和孵化率均达到85%以上。经6年研究,实现宽体沙鳅的全人工繁殖,获得子二代苗种2万余尾。

【Abstract】 The reproductive biology and artificial propagation of Sinibotia reevesae in the Tuojiang River were be studied. The results are as follows: In May the testis and the ovaries develop to stage Ⅴ and stage Ⅳ,respectively. From May to August, especially in June and July,the gonadosomatic index(GSI) is much higher than that in the other months and the distribution of eggs diameter shows one peak. These implies that Sinibotia reevesae spawned from May to August, especially in June and July, and has a single period of spawning a year. The absolute fecundity is 414-9625 grains, average for 3230 grains, relative fecundity is 32-665 grains/g,average for 222 grains/g. The eggs of Sinibotia reevesae are small and sinking, and their embryonic development must be in fast flowing river. The sex ratio of female vs. male is 1:1.15. 2or 3 year-old Sinibotia reevesae(most in 3 year-old)reaches their first sexual maturity, and the spawning stock mainly consists of age 2, 3 and 4 groups. From late May to Mid July, artificial inducing with LRH-A2 and HCG, and dry fertilization can obtain fertilized eggs. The average fertilization rate and the hatching rate were both over 85%. For 6 years, we have grasped the complete artificial propagation technology of Sinibotia reevesae and acquired more than 20 thousand second generation.
