中华鳖生态低碳健康养殖的新型温室

【摘要】 主要介绍了用于中华鳖生态低碳健康养殖的新型温室。一栋温室约为780 m2。室内设有九个70 m2和一个35 m2的饲养池。池内配备水下食台,人工隐蔽物和微孔增氧盘等生态装备。残饵和排泄物经过锅底形底部中心的地漏排入室外的小型污水池。放养密度为每平方米50只稚鳖。定期向池内泼洒EM菌和生物底改,温度采用地源热泵空调控制在31±1℃。水质参数采用物联网实时监控记录,溶解氧为6.5±1.5 mg·L-1,氨氮和亚硝态氮分别为0.6±0.2和0.15±0.1 mg·L-1。饲养约10个月后,稚鳖从3-4 g长至约550 g。存活率为87%,饲料转化率为1.27。

【Abstract】 Greenhouse introduced in the manuscript was mainly used for culturing Chinese soft-shelled turtle. A 780-m2 greenhouse included nine 70-m2 and one 35-m2 culture tanks, which were equipped with innovative features such as skirt shape 3-D shelter, under water feeding platforms, and micro-porous aeration discs. Wok shape tank bottom with central drainage was built to gather and discharge suspended solids into the sewage storage tank. The culture density was 50 turtles·m-2. Water quality was controlled by effective microorganisms(EMs) and microorganism bottom modification agents. Water quality parameters were monitored and recorded by Internet of Things. Water temperature was kept at 31±1℃ by geothermal heat pump system, high survival-86%, low feed efficiency rate-1.27 and good water quality-DO(6.5±1.5mg·L-1), low nitrite and ammonia concentration(0.6±0.2 and 0.15±0.1 mg·L-1, respectively). After cultivation for about 10 months, the turtle with mean weight of 550 g were obtained. The survival rate and feed change rate were 87% and 1.27, respectively.
