华南地区锦鲤鲤疱疹病毒3型潜伏感染初步调查

【摘要】 为了初步调查华南地区无症状锦鲤鲤疱疹病毒3型(Cyprinid Herpesvirus 3,CyHV-3)潜伏感染的状况,本研究运用巢式PCR和抗体ELISA的方法对来自广州、佛山和东莞三个城市的锦鲤样品进行CyHV-3 DNA和血清抗CyHV-3抗体检测。巢式PCR结果显示,CyHV-3DNA在不同地区的锦鲤鳃液或白细胞样品中能不同程度检出,其中,广州、佛山和东莞锦鲤的鳃液和白细胞DNA阳性率分别为50%、60%、40%和67%、60%、60%。ELISA结果显示,广州、佛山和东莞锦鲤抗体阳性率分别为8%、13%和20%。本研究初步证实了华南地区的锦鲤普遍存在CyHV-3潜伏感染现象,为CyHV-3潜伏感染分子机制研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 To initial investigate the latent infections caused by Cyprinid herpesvirus 3(CyHV-3) in asymptomatic koi in southern China, detection for CyHV-3 DNA and anti-CyHV-3 antibodies in sera of koi obtained from Guangzhou, Foshan and Dongguan were performed by using nested-PCR and antibody-captured ELISA, respectively. As nested-PCR showed, CyHV-3 DNA could be detected either in peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL) or from gills in different extent.The % positivein PBL samples were 67%, 60%, and 60%, as well as in gill samples with 50%,60%, and 40%, respectively in Guangzhou, Foshan and Dongguan. Additionally, ELISA values were positive in 8% of sera from Guangzhou, 13% from Foshan, and 20% from Dongguan.
