中华鳖出血症病毒引起的病理学特征浅析

【摘要】 中华鳖出血症病毒是引起中华鳖出血症的高致死性病毒。本文就该病毒引起的组织病理学特征及肝损伤的分子病理学特征进行了初步分析。解剖学特征显示该病毒引起中华鳖肝、脾、肾、肺、肠等组织均有不同程度充血;病理组织特征进一步显示肝、脾、肾、肺、肠等组织出现明显的病变。通过ITAQ技术对肝组织进行比较蛋白质组学分析,检测到252个差异蛋白;GO富集分析和KEGG通径分析初步揭示TSHSV感染中华鳖后引起病理变化的分子机制。部分差异蛋白经荧光定量RT-PCR得到验证。上述结果为后续TSHSV的致病机理研究奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Trionyx Sinensis Hemorrhagic Syndrome Virus(TSHSV) is a pathogen that causes severe hemorrhagic syndrome with high mortality in different tissues of Pelodiscus sinensis. In the present study, we report a preliminary investigation about histopathological features and molecular pathology of liver injury caused by TSHSV. Anatomical features indicated that TSHSV caused different levels of congestion in liver, spleen, kidney, lung, intestine, and other tissues of Pelodiscus sinensis.Histopathological features further showed obvious lesions in liver, spleen,kidney, lung, and intestines.i TRAQ-based proteomic analysis revealed that there were 252 differentially expressed proteins in the liver tissue between healthy and infected Pelodiscus sinensis. GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway analysis initially revealed the molecular pathological mechanism. Some of the differentially expressed proteins were further confirmed by qPCR. These results provided important information for the pathogenesis of TSHSV.
