采煤机截割滚筒载荷模拟系统的研究
Study of load simulation system for shearer cutting drum

【摘要】 针对采煤机截割滚筒的载荷计算难、设计水平低、产品质量差的问题,给出了滚筒载荷的计算方法,开发了滚筒载荷的模拟系统。该系统采用MatlabGUI界面,以Matlab软件为平台,通过人机交互,可模拟计算滚筒任意时刻的三向载荷和负载转矩,并能直观显示其时间历程、数据和统计结果。该系统具有数据与程序分离、操作简便、适应性强等特点,能快速、准确地求得滚筒的载荷,为建立采煤机滚筒的现代设计方法、为深入进行采煤机截割性能的研究与完善奠定了基础。作为例子,对国产某型采煤机的滚筒载荷进行了模拟分析,其结果与实际情况相符。
【Abstract】 Aiming problems of difficult calculation about shearer cutting drum loads,low design lever,poor production quality of the drum,a calculation method of the drum loads is given,and a simulating system of the drum loads is developed by using MatlabGUI interface to Matlab software platform in the paper.The three-direction loads and the load torques at any time may be simulated and calculated by human-computer interface,and time history data and statistics of these loads can be visually displayed.The system has characteristics of separate data and procedures,simple operation,strong adaptability,can quickly and accurately obtain the drum loads,which lay a foundation for setting up a modern design method of shearer drums,researching and improving further performance shearer cutting performances.As an example,a domestic shearer drum loads are simulated and analyzed,results are consistent with the actual situation.
