【摘要】 以2,2-二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)和聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPe G)为自乳化组分,自制的乳化剂BP-11为外乳化组分,以聚己二酸己二醇酯二醇(PHA)、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、1,6-己二醇(HDO)、三乙胺(Te A)为主要原料按照设定的工艺制备了自乳化-外乳化型水性聚氨酯乳液,通过配方优化,制得的乳液具有良好的稀释稳定性、低黏度和低吸水率的综合性能以及微观形貌均匀的乳球粒子。更多还原

【Abstract】 The waterborne polyurethane emulsions were prepared by poly(hexylene adipate) diol,dicyclohexyl methane diisocyanate(HMDI),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),l,6-hexanediol(HDO),triethylamine(TEA),and2-dimethylolbutanoic acid.The polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether(MPEG) was used as self-emulsifying agent.The emulsion with optimized formulation had good stability,low viscosity,low water absorption and microstructure of uniform spherical particles.更多还原
